AMMAN GRANITES has got the complete range of the State-of-the art technologically advanced machinery and other infrastructure to handle such a volume of containers – about 450 containers per annum. The range of machinery starts from 7 Block cutters from YAMANA – JAPAN for precision cutting – with size ranging from 2.0 mtrs to 3.5 mtrs dia and 7 edge cutting machines also from YAMANA – JAPAN for perfect Square cutting, 4 Shaping and Polishing machines from THIBAUT – FRANCE and Block squaring machines, robotic profile cutting machines, 1 each from PELLEGRINI – ITALY.
All these imported machinery are controlled by system operations to ensure ZERO error perfection . The factory is equipped with giant generators enable the plant to run with uninterrupted power supply. Besides it has got number of Forklifts from DAEWOO – KOREA and TOYOTA – JAPAN for material handling inside the factory premises and stuffing of finished products into the containers. Also the company has got its own fleet of trucks to carry raw blocks from Quarries and to deliver containers to sea ports.
