Flaming Machine
The flaming machine is used to create a rough, textured surface on granite slabs. This process involves exposing the stone surface to a high-temperature flame, which causes the minerals to burst slightly and form a natural, anti-slip texture. It’s mainly used for outdoor applications such as pavements, stairs, and exterior cladding, where both safety and aesthetics are important.
Multi Wire Saw
The multi wire saw is a high-precision cutting machine that uses multiple diamond wires to cut large granite blocks into slabs simultaneously. This technology ensures smooth, even cuts with minimal material waste and faster production speed. It provides consistent thickness and high accuracy, making it ideal for mass production while maintaining top quality.
Auto-Polishing Machine
The auto polishing machine is designed to give granite slabs a mirror-like shine and smooth surface finish. It operates automatically with a series of polishing heads that gradually refine the stone’s surface. Circular Sawing Machine
